Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Medical Coding Trainer located on-site in Pune. The Medical Coding Trainer will be responsible for conducting training sessions on medical coding, developing training materials, and guiding trainees on coding best practices. The Trainer will also assess trainee performance, provide feedback, and ensure that all training meets industry standards. Additionally, the Trainer will stay updated on the latest coding regulations and standards.

Qualifications

Coding Experience and Medical Coding proficiency
RHIT certification and knowledge of Health Information Management
Strong understanding of Medical Terminology
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Ability to evaluate and provide constructive feedback
Experience in the healthcare industry is a plus
Bachelor's degree in relevant field or equivalent experience
