Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Admission Counsellor, located in Pune. The Admission Counsellor will conduct daily interactions with prospective students and their families to provide information about educational programs, answer inquiries, guide students through the admission process, and maintain detailed records of interactions and follow-ups. The role also includes supporting customer service initiatives and contributing to the sales activities of the organization.
