Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Associate located in Pune. The Business Development Associate will be responsible for identifying business opportunities, conducting market research, generating leads, and making presentations to potential clients. Additionally, the role involves coordinating with the team to implement business strategies effectively and maintaining strong client relationships. The ideal candidate will have exceptional communication skills and be able to present YD Baba Organisation's values and goals convincingly.

Qualifications

• Lead Generation and Market Research skills
• Presentation Skills and the ability to make effective Presentations
• Strong Communication skills
• Ability to work effectively in an on-site role in Shiridi
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
• Experience in business development or a related area is a plus
