Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Educational Counselor located in Pune . The Educational Counselor will be responsible for providing educational consulting and student counseling services. This includes guiding students in their academic and career decisions, offering personalized advice based on individual needs, and helping students navigate educational challenges. The counselor will also work closely with the team to develop and execute strategies that promote student success and well-being.

• Experience in Student Counseling and Career Counseling
• Effective Communication skills
• Strong interpersonal abilities and empathy
• Ability to work collaboratively with a team
• Relevant qualifications or certifications in counseling or education
• Experience in a similar role is a plus
• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Education.
