Role Description

This is a part-time on-site role for a Medical Coding Trainer located in Pune. The Medical Coding Trainer will be responsible for providing training sessions on medical coding, preparing training materials, and ensuring that trainees understand coding principles and guidelines. The trainer will also assess trainee performance, provide feedback, and stay updated with the latest coding standards and regulations.

Qualifications

• Experience in Medical Coding and familiarity with Medical Terminology
• Coding Experience and RHIT (Registered Health Information Technician) certification
• Knowledge of Health Information Management
• Strong communication and teaching skills
• Ability to work on-site in Pune
• Bachelor's degree in a related field is a plus
• Previous training experience is advantageous
• Commitment to staying updated with evolving coding regulations
