Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Human Resources Manager, located in Gurugram. The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for overseeing various HR functions including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training and development, compliance with labor laws, and strategic HR planning. The manager will facilitate communication between employees and management, ensure a positive work environment, and design and implement HR programs that support organizational goals.

Qualifications

• Experience in recruitment, employee relations, and performance management
• Skills in training and development, as well as strategic HR planning
• Knowledge of labor laws and regulations
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Previous experience in the real estate industry is a plus
