Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Executive Human Resources located in Gurugram. The Senior Executive Human Resources will be responsible for overseeing HR management and operations, managing employee relations, and implementing and maintaining HR policies. Recruiting and training, The role involves daily interactions to solve employee issues, conducting and leading HR initiatives, and ensuring compliance with all legal requirements and company standards.

• Experience in HR Operations and implementing HR Policies
• Strong Employee Relations skills
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and manage a team
• Previous experience in a senior HR role is beneficial
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred
