Senior Executive Human Resources

Role Overview: As a Senior Human Resources Generalist at JSE Engineering Pvt Ltd in Trichy, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily functions of the Human Resources (HR) department. Your role will involve enforcing company policies and practices, managing the recruitment and selection process, developing and implementing HR strategies, and overseeing employee benefits and benefits administration.
