Job Description

As a Senior Executive Human Resources at Agatsa, your role involves overseeing HR management, operations, employee relations, HR policies, and overall human resources functions. Your primary responsibility is to implement HR strategies that promote a positive work environment and organizational culture. Key Responsibilities: - Recruitment & Talent Acquisition: - Manage end-to-end recruitment for technical and non-technical roles, from sourcing to onboarding. - Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to attract top talent. - Establish and nurture relationships with universities and institutes for campus hiring initiatives. - Conduct interviews and assess candidates to ensure a strong cultural and skills fit. - Campus Hiring: - Plan and execute campus recruitment drives, including pre-placement talks, assessments, and onboarding. - Forge partnerships with colleges and universities to build long-term talent pipelines. - Day-to-Day HR Operations: - Ensure compliance with labor laws and organizational policies. - Assist in the formulation of HR policies and procedures. - Employee Grievance Handling: - Serve as the initial point of contact for addressing employee concerns and grievances. - Mediate and resolve workplace conflicts, ensuring fair outcomes. - Collaborate with leadership to maintain a harmonious workplace culture. - Employee Engagement: - Design and implement engagement programs to enhance morale and retention. - Organize team-building activities, wellness programs, and employee recognition initiatives. - Conduct surveys to gauge employee sentiment and recommend improvements. - Performance Management: - Implement and oversee performance management processes, including goal setting and feedback cycles. - Collaborate with managers to ensure effective performance reviews. - Identify training needs based on evaluations and provide actionable development plans. - Offer coaching to enhance performance outcomes. Qualifications: - Educational Background: - MBA in Human Resources from a reputed institute. - Experience: - 3-4 years of experience in a corporate HR role. Technical Skills: - Proficiency in recruitment tools, HRMS software, and MS Office. - Familiarity with performance management tools and employment laws. Soft Skills: - Strong interpersonal and communication skills. - Problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities. - Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
