Job Description

As an HR professional in this role, your responsibilities will include: - **Recruitment and Talent Acquisition:** - Overseeing end-to-end recruitment processes. - Collaborating with department heads to understand staffing needs. - Conducting interviews and screening candidates. - Managing onboarding and induction programs. - **Employee Relations:** - Acting as a point of contact for employee concerns and grievances. - Fostering a positive and inclusive work environment. - Mediating conflicts and supporting resolution strategies. - **HR Policy Implementation:** - Developing, implementing, and updating HR policies and procedures. - Ensuring compliance with labor laws and internal guidelines. - Communicating policies clearly to all employees. - **Performance Management:** - Supporting and monitoring the performance appraisal process. - Assisting in setting KPIs and objectives. - Providing coaching to managers on performance feedback. - **Training and Development:** - Identifying training needs across the organization. - Organizing internal or external learning and development programs. - Tracking and evaluating training effectiveness. - **Compensation and Benefits Administration:** - Maintaining and updating compensation records. - Coordinating with the finance department on related matters. - **HR Data and Reporting:** - Maintaining HR records and employee databases. - Preparing regular reports on HR metrics (e.g., turnover rates, absenteeism). - Using HRIS systems to streamline HR operations. - **Compliance and Legal:** - Ensuring adherence to labor laws, ESI, PF, and other statutory requirements. - Preparing documentation for audits and inspections. - Managing employee contracts and confidentiality agreements. - **Employee Engagement:** - Planning and executing engagement initiatives and events. - Conducting employee satisfaction surveys. - Promoting company culture and values. - **Exit Process Management:** - Handling resignations, exit interviews, and full & final settlements. - Gathering feedback to improve retention and workplace culture.,
