About the Role:

Social Media Marketing & PR Specialist



Key Responsibilities:

Social Media & Content Strategy:

  • Build and execute personal branding strategies for top doctors, CEOs, and spokespersons.
  • Create engaging, platform-specific content (posts, videos, reels, blogs) tailored to each professional's voice and audience.
  • Maintain and grow personal profiles across platforms such as LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter, and Facebook.
  • Develop storytelling content showcasing patient stories, achievements, behind-the-scenes moments, and expert insights.

Public Relations & Media Outreach:

  • Position key leaders in media through interviews, thought leadership articles, and expert quotes.
  • Draft personalized press releases, bios, and PR content to promote recognitions, conferences, awards, and major milestones.
  • Develop relationships with health and lifestyle journalists, bloggers, and influencers for personal feature stories.

Executive Visibility:

  • Coordinate public speaking engagements, webinars, and podcast appearances.
  • Build visibility through awards, panel invitations, and professional recognitions.
  • Manage reputation and responses to online reviews, media queries, and digital mentions.

Analytics & Optimization:

  • Monitor performance of personal pages and campaigns using tools like LinkedIn Analytics, Instagram Insights, etc.
  • Track engagement and adjust content strategy to increase reach, visibility, and follower growth.



Key Skills:

  • Expertise in personal branding, content marketing, and influencer positioning.
  • Strong storytelling and copywriting skills tailored for executive voice.
  • Proficiency in digital tools like Canva, Meta Business Suite, Buffer/Hootsuite, and analytics dashboards.
  • Knowledge of healthcare sector and sensitivity in handling medical content.
  • PR experience with media coordination and press engagement.



Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s in Marketing, Mass Communication, Public Relations, or related fields.
  • 6–10 years of relevant experience in personal branding, social media, or PR roles.
  • Prior work with doctors, C-suite executives, or healthcare brands is preferred.
