The Role

We're seeking a dynamic Social Media & PR Manager to lead our brand communications, social media strategy, and public relations efforts. This role requires a creative storyteller who can amplify our brand voice while building strategic relationships that elevate Acropink's presence in the digital marketing landscape.


Key Responsibilities

Social Media Strategy & Management

  • Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies across all platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter, Facebook, TikTok) to increase brand awareness and engagement
  • Create, curate, and manage high-quality content that resonates with target audiences and showcases Acropink's expertise
  • Monitor social media trends, platform updates, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for innovation
  • Manage social media calendar, ensuring consistent posting schedules and campaign alignment
  • Analyze performance metrics and provide actionable insights to optimize content strategy and ROI

Public Relations & Brand Communications

  • Build and maintain relationships with media contacts, journalists, industry influencers, and key stakeholders
  • Develop and distribute press releases, media kits, and thought leadership content
  • Secure media coverage and speaking opportunities for company leadership
  • Manage crisis communications and protect brand reputation
  • Coordinate with internal teams to identify newsworthy stories and case studies

Content Creation & Brand Voice

  • Craft compelling copy for social posts, press releases, blog articles, and marketing collateral
  • Ensure consistent brand voice and messaging across all communication channels
  • Collaborate with the creative team to develop visual content that supports campaigns
  • Create engaging multimedia content including videos, graphics, and interactive posts

Community Engagement

  • Foster meaningful relationships with followers, clients, and industry communities
  • Respond to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner
  • Identify and engage with brand advocates and potential collaboration opportunities
  • Monitor online conversations about the brand and industry to inform strategy

Campaign Management

  • Plan and execute integrated social media and PR campaigns that support business objectives
  • Coordinate product launches, company announcements, and special initiatives
  • Track campaign performance and prepare detailed reports for stakeholders
  • Manage social media advertising budgets and paid promotion strategies

Industry Positioning

  • Position Acropink as a thought leader in the digital marketing space
  • Organize and promote webinars, workshops, and industry events
  • Develop partnerships with complementary brands and industry organizations
  • Stay ahead of digital marketing trends and best practices

Who You Are
  • 4+ years of experience in social media management and public relations, preferably in a digital marketing or agency environment
  • Proven track record of developing successful social media strategies and securing meaningful media coverage
  • Exceptional writing and storytelling skills with attention to detail
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, analytics tools, and PR best practices
  • Experience with social media management tools (Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social) and analytics platforms
  • Excellent relationship-building and communication skills
  • Creative thinker with the ability to generate innovative ideas
  • Crisis management experience and strong decision-making abilities
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, or related field
  • Self-motivated with excellent organizational and time management skills
