Who You Are: You make NextGenFix and the founder’s personal brand impossible to ignore online . You don’t just post content — you craft strategies, track performance, and turn followers into fans. You’re smart, creative, and know how to balance trends with the brand’s unique voice. What You’ll Do: 1. Content Strategy & Planning Own weekly/monthly content calendars for both NextGenFix and the founder’s personal brand. Suggest engaging formats — reels, memes, carousels, polls, stories — that resonate with the audience. Ensure brand voice is consistent: witty, self-mocking, friendly, fun. Track online trends and adapt them to the brand quickly. 2. Content Posting & Management Schedule and post content across Instagram, YouTube Shorts, Twitter/X, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms. Repurpose content from the Video Creator into stories, reels, carousels, highlight covers, and micro-posts. Handle minor edits, overlays, captions, or meme-style tweaks when needed. 3. Community & Engagement Respond to comments, DMs, and mentions promptly and in-brand. Engage with repeat customers, micro-influencers, and online communities. Track and escalate major feedback, reviews, and app comments to the Brand Growth Manager. 4. Analytics & Optimization Track performance metrics: engagement, reach, saves, shares, story views, etc. Analyze trends and recommend adjustments to content strategy. Maintain a database of influencers, bloggers, collaborators, and track campaign results. 5. Influencer & Collaboration Support Coordinate invites, communication, follow-ups, and content approvals with influencers and micro-creators. Support campaigns for both food brand and personal brand initiatives. 6. Digital Marketing & Publishing Support Manage reviews on Google, Zomato, Swiggy, and respond appropriately. Support app-related marketing: push notifications, referral campaigns, loyalty content. Assist with newsletters, WhatsApp campaigns, or other digital updates. You’ve Got: Experience managing social media for brands or personal brands. Strong writing, creative, and analytical skills. Basic video/photo editing skills (to work closely with Video Creator).
