Job Title: Business Manager-OperationsLocation: Chennai, Tamil NaduOrganization: Maxivision Group of Eye HospitalsReports To: Chairman & Key Stake HoldersEmployment Type: Full-Time, onsite in Chennai with extensive regional coordination responsibilitiesOverview

Our organization is rapidly expanding with multiple hospitals nationwide and managing both Greenfield projects and joint-venture eye-care/healthcare centres. We are seeking a dynamic Business Manager – Hospital Operations, based in Chennai, to drive excellence in operations, data management, and project coordination across our Pan-India network.

Key Responsibilities

  • Hospital Operations & Performance
  • Act as a trusted advisor and thought partner to the Founder, CEO and C-suite on strategic planning, key business decisions, and operational priorities.
  • Pan-India Project Coordination and act as central liaison between Chennai HQ and regional hospital units
  • Lead cross-functional coordination for new setup projects, joint ventures
  • Data & Analytics Management
  • Supervise collection, validation, and analysis of key hospital metrics (surgery volumes, financial KPIs, compliance, quality outcomes).
  • Standardize dashboards and deliver consolidated performance reports to senior leadership
  • Stakeholder Engagement & Leadership
  • Coordinate with regional centre teams, local operations, clinical, finance, HR, and commercial teams to align strategies and execution.
  • Serve as core point at Chennai for escalation, senior leadership reporting, and national coordination.
  • Support strategic planning and operational reviews for all centres.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Education: BDS+MBA/MH
  • AExperience: Minimum 2+ years in hospital operations management or healthcare service delivery

Skills & Competencie

  • Strong project management and coordination skillset; able to manage simultaneous multi-location initiative
  • Proficiency with HIS/MS Power BI/Tableau, Excel, and dashboard tool
  • Effective communication skills—capable of engaging stakeholders across locations and level
  • Analytical thinker with process-improvement mindset.

Preferred Qualificatio
