Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Executive Human Resources located in Hisar. The Senior Executive Human Resources will be responsible for managing HR operations, developing and implementing HR policies, and maintaining employee relations. The role involves overseeing HR management tasks and ensuring the smooth operation of HR activities within the organization.

Qualifications

• HR Management and HR Operations skills
• Experience in Employee Relations and HR Policies
• Comprehensive knowledge of Human Resources (HR)
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team
• Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Experience in the healthcare industry is a plus
