We are seeking an experienced HR Manager to lead the HR functions, recruitment, operations, and payroll processes.


Key Responsibilities:


- Develop and execute effective recruitment strategies to attract high-quality candidates.


- Manage end-to-end recruitment life cycle - sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.


- Build a strong employer brand across platforms and professional networks.


- Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring needs and workforce planning.


- Manage relationships with recruitment agencies, job portals, and internal referrals.


- Ensure an efficient and positive candidate experience.


- Oversee core HR operations including employee relations, performance management, and compliance.


- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures aligned with company goals.


- Support learning & development, engagement programs, and retention strategies.


- Maintain employee records and manage HR reporting and analytics.


Requirements:


- Bachelors Degree with an MBA in HR.


- Minimum 10 years of experience in HR Functions, Recruitment, HR Operations & Payroll.


- Strong knowledge of labor laws, payroll software, and HRMS tools.


- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.


- Ability to handle a team of 3-4 members.


- Experience in Manufacturing, Chemical, or Trading industries will be preferred.


- Immediate joiners or candidates with a notice period of less than 15 days are preferred.
