We serve Pan India Customers through our technically qualified business managers and market focused regional sales force. We believe in superior customer service by providing accurate Technical and Commercial Acumen, Marketing Capabilities and Seamless Logistics through our Regional Warehouses, thereby adding value by being more competitive and more professional approach. We are seeking an experienced HR Manager to lead the HR functions, recruitment, operations, and payroll processes. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and execute effective recruitment strategies to attract high-quality candidates. - Manage end-to-end recruitment life cycle - sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding. - Build a strong employer brand across platforms and professional networks. - Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring needs and workforce planning. - Manage relationships with recruitment agencies, job portals, and internal referrals. - Ensure an efficient and positive candidate experience. - Oversee core HR operations including employee relations, performance management, and compliance. - Develop and implement HR policies and procedures aligned with company goals. - Support learning & development, engagement programs, and retention strategies. - Maintain employee records and manage HR reporting and analytics. Requirements: - Bachelors Degree with an MBA in HR. - Minimum 10 years of experience in HR Functions, Recruitment, HR Operations & Payroll. - Strong knowledge of labor laws, payroll software, and HRMS tools. - Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. - Ability to handle a team of 3-4 members. - Experience in Manufacturing, Chemical, or Trading industries will be preferred. - Immediate joiners or candidates with a notice period of less than 15 days are preferred.
