🟢 We’re Hiring: HR Manager – Chemical Manufacturing Plant 📍 Location: Vapi, Gujarat 🏢 Company: Hema Dyechem pvt ltd About the Company: Hema Dyechem pvt ltd is a leading chemical manufacturing company with 3 fully operational manufacturing units in Vapi. With world-class infrastructure and a strong focus on safety, quality, and growth, we are looking for a passionate and experienced HR Manager to lead our HR operations. Key Responsibilities: 🔹 Manage full spectrum of HR operations for the plant — recruitment, compliance, performance management, payroll, training, HR reporting & employee engagement. 🔹 Performance Management: Coordinate with all departments to define, track, and monitor employee KRAs & KPIs. Support in annual appraisals & performance evaluation system. 🔹 Recruitment & Talent Acquisition: Manage recruitment across all levels – from worker to senior management. Job postings, screening, interviews, negotiations, offer finalization & onboarding. 🔹 HR Reporting: Maintain HR dashboards, MIS, monthly reports & present HR activities to management. 🔹 Training Programs: Organize & execute training on all valid requirements and evaluate all the trainings of the employees 🔹 Compliance & Statutory: Ensure 100% compliance to labour laws, factory act, PF, ESIC, gratuity, bonus & contract labour regulations. Handle government audits & inspections. 🔹 Payroll & Administration: Attendance, leave, payroll, and salary processing. 🔹 HR Budgeting & Contractor Coordination: Prepare HR budgets, manage manpower contractors & handle contract workforce compliance. 🔹 Employee Relations: Grievance handling, disciplinary procedures & employee welfare activities. Candidate Profile: ✅ MBA / PGDM in HR / Personnel Management ✅ 3+ years HR experience in manufacturing (Chemical / Pharma / Engineering preferred) ✅ Strong knowledge of compliance, factory laws, payroll, performance management systems & HR systems implementation ✅ Practical exposure to handling HR for contract manpower & safety training programs ✅ Excellent communication, leadership & coordination skills Salary: Best as per industry standards.
