HR Manager

KEY RESPONIBILITIES

HUMAN RESOURCE

• Recruitment & onboarding
• HR policies, documentation & compliance
• Payroll coordination & attendance management
• Employee engagement & grievance handling
• Performance management & appraisals
• Training & development coordination
• Exit formalities & record management

ADMINISTRATION AND FACILITIES

• Office administration & vendor management
• Facilities upkeep, maintenance & housekeeping supervision
• Travel, transport & logistics coordination
• Asset management & procurement
• Security & safety compliance

HOSPITALITY AND OFFICE EXPERIENCE

• Guest and visitor coordination
• Meeting & event arrangements
• Pantry and office hospitality services
• Creating a professional, welcoming workplace environment

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in HR or related field
• Proven experience managing end-to-end HR operations(4-8 years)
• Strong multitasking and organizational skills
• Excellent communication and people management
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple functions
