Job Title : Associate Procurement & Inventory Department : Supply Chain Reports To: Operations Manager Location: Bangalore Employment Type: Full-time Job Summary : The Procurement & Inventory Officer is responsible for sourcing, purchasing, and managing inventory of goods, materials, and services. The role ensures timely procurement at optimal cost while maintaining accurate records of stock levels to support operational continuity. Key Responsibilities : Procurement : Source, negotiate, and purchase materials, equipment, and services according to company requirements. Maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors to ensure quality and timely delivery. Arrange & Manage Logistics for the procured items. Prepare purchase orders and maintain procurement documentation. Monitor market trends and identify opportunities for cost savings. Inventory Management : Receive and record incoming materials and supplies. Maintain accurate inventory records. Monitor stock levels and reorder points to avoid stock outs or overstocking. Perform regular physical inventory counts and reconcile with system records. Coordinate storage, labeling, and safe handling of materials. Prepare reports on inventory status, usage trends, and discrepancies. Requirements : Education : Bachelor's degree Experience : 1-2 years in procurement, inventory control, or supply chain management.
