Role Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Human Resource Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing effective recruitment strategies to attract and hire top talent. This role requires a deep understanding of the textile industry, particularly in the trade of yarns, fabrics, and garments. The Recruitment Manager will collaborate with department heads to understand their staffing needs and ensure a seamless recruitment process.


Key Responsibilities


  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding.
  • Source, attract, and hire qualified candidates for various positions within the company, ensuring a strong pipeline of talent.
  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
  • Handle employee onboarding, training, and development programs.
  • Manage performance appraisal systems and employee evaluations.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
  • Address employee grievances and resolve conflict and disputes between employees to foster a positive work environment.
  • Organize employee engagement activities and events.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases.
  • Assist in payroll processing and benefits administration.
  • Support strategic HR initiatives to enhance employee satisfaction and retention.
  • Conduct exit interviews and provide feedback to management.
  • Monitor and improve employee attendance and punctuality.
  • Manage disciplinary actions and ensure compliance with company policies.
  • Coordinate with department heads to identify staffing needs and skill gaps.
  • Prepare and analyze HR reports, including turnover, recruitment metrics, and employee satisfaction.
  • Ensure timely and accurate processing of promotions, transfers, and terminations.


Qualifications

  • Education

    : Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. A master's degree or relevant certification is a plus.


  • Experience

    : Minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment, preferably within the textile industry.


  • Industry Knowledge

    : In-depth understanding of the textile industry, particularly in the trade of yarns, fabrics, and garments.
