Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Human Resources Manager position based in Dwarka, New Delhi. The Human Resources Manager will oversee the HR operations, manage recruitment processes, implement HR policies, and ensure compliance with organizational standards and regulations. The responsibilities include employee engagement, performance management, conflict resolution, payroll processing, and contribution to the development of a positive workplace culture. Collaboration with management on strategic workforce planning and organizational development is also a key part of the role.

Qualifications & CTC

• Proficiency in recruitment, talent acquisition, and workforce planning being MBA Qualified.
• Real Estate experience Preferred......
• 6 LPA to 9 LPA
• Strong knowledge of HR policy implementation, compliance, and regulatory requirements
• Skills in employee engagement, conflict resolution, and team development
• Experience in performance management, training, and organizational development
• Proficiency in payroll processing and HR-related software tools
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field; HR certifications such as PHR, SHRM-CP, or equivalent are a plus
• Prior experience in real estate or a related industry is advantageous
