The Sr. Sales Manager will be responsible for overseeing the sales team, developing sales strategies, and achieving sales targets. The role involves conducting market research, identifying new business opportunities, maintaining client relationships, and preparing sales reports. The Sr. Sales Manager will also play a key role in training and mentoring the sales team to enhance their performance.
