  7. Team Handling: Lead and mentor the HR team to achieve operational excellence and foster a collaborative work culture.
  8. Employee Engagement: Drive initiatives to enhance employee satisfaction, build a positive workplace culture, and reduce attrition.
  9. Policy Development: Draft and update HR policies to align with organizational goals and ensure compliance with legal framework
