Job Summary : We are looking for a highly creative and quality-focused NPD & R&D Chef specializing in frozen cakes to lead product innovation and recipe development. The role involves creating new recipes in line with brand identity, developing menus, and driving innovation while ensuring food safety, hygiene, and consistency. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills to manage a team of dedicated chefs and deliver products that align with market demand and consumer preferences.
