Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Guest Relations Executive located in Khan Market, New Delhi. The Guest Relations Executive will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing guest relations, and performing receptionist duties. Day-to-day tasks include greeting and assisting customers, handling inquiries, and facilitating sales. The role requires effective communication skills to ensure a pleasant and efficient customer experience.
