Job Description

  • Greet guests warmly upon arrival and ensure a smooth check-in and check-out experience.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for guest queries, concerns, and special requests.
  • Provide accurate information about hotel services, facilities, local attractions, and transportation.
  • Coordinate with housekeeping, front office, and other departments to fulfill guest needs promptly.
  • Maintain guest records, preferences, and feedback in the system for improved service.
  • Handle guest complaints professionally and ensure issues are resolved quickly and satisfactorily.
  • Assist in VIP guest handling, room orientations, and personalized service.
  • Monitor lobby appearance and ensure a welcoming environment at all times.
  • Promote hotel services, upgrades, and special offers when appropriate.
  • Follow company standards for guest service and maintain high levels of hospitality.
  • Prepare daily reports related to guest activities, feedback, and service requirements.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹16,500.00 - ₹19,500.00 per month
