We are seeking a skilled and passionate Restaurant Manager to lead our operations, drive team performance, and ensure high standards of service and hospitality. Key Responsibilities 1. Oversee day-to-day restaurant operations, including dining area, kitchen coordination, and bar management. 2. Lead, train, and motivate staff to deliver excellent guest experiences. 3. Maintain high standards of food quality, hygiene, and customer service. 4. Manage inventory, ordering, and supplier relationships to ensure smooth kitchen and bar operations. 5. Monitor financial performance, including sales, expenses, and profitability. 6. Handle customer feedback and resolve issues promptly and professionally. 7. Implement marketing initiatives and promotions to drive footfall and customer engagement. 8. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and licensing regulations. Requirements 1. Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or related field (preferred). 2. 3–4 years of proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or Assistant Manager in a full-service restaurant (experience with Mexican cuisine preferred). 3.
