Duties

  • Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with check-in and check-out procedures efficiently
  • Provide personalized guest services, addressing inquiries and resolving concerns promptly and professionally
  • Manage multi-line phone systems with excellent phone etiquette, directing calls accurately and courteously
  • Coordinate with various departments to ensure guest requests are fulfilled seamlessly
  • Conduct night audits to verify daily transactions, reconcile accounts, and prepare reports for management
  • Maintain detailed records of guest interactions, preferences, and feedback to enhance future service
  • Offer multilingual support to accommodate diverse guests, ensuring clear communication at all times
  • Uphold high standards of hospitality management and hotel management practices to deliver top-tier guest experiences

Experience

  • Proven experience in hotel management or hospitality management roles, preferably within resorts or similar settings
  • Strong background in customer service, front desk operations, and guest relations
  • Bilingual or multilingual abilities to serve an international clientele effectively
  • Familiarity with night audit procedures and multi-line phone systems is highly desirable
  • Excellent communication skills with a focus on phone etiquette and professional demeanor
  • Prior hotel experience that demonstrates a commitment to hospitality excellence is preferred
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment
