🛎️ Job Summary:

We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Guest Relations Executives (GRE/GRSE) to join our team. If you're passionate about hospitality, love engaging with guests, and have an eye for detail, we’d love to meet you!

🔑 Key Responsibilities:

Manage the sales and daily operations of the outlet.

Offer a warm welcome to all guests and ensure a memorable experience.

Have in-depth knowledge of the menu/products and confidently handle suggestive selling and upselling.

Accurately take customer orders and complete necessary documentation or billing statements.

Ensure smooth and professional service with a focus on 100% customer satisfaction.

Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the outlet at all times.

Handle bill settlements, present checks to customers, and manage POS entries.

Monitor daily inventory and ensure timely replenishment of service stations.

🎯 Ideal Candidate:

0–2 years of relevant experience in hospitality, retail, or food & beverage service.

Excellent communication skills in English and local language.

Smart appearance, positive attitude, and attention to detail.

Quick learner with the ability to multitask and stay composed under pressure.

Passion for customer service and willingness to go the extra mile.
