Human Resources Manager

We’re seeking a highly experienced HR Manager who can align people strategies with business goals and lead with professionalism, empathy, and strategic foresight. Key Responsibilities: Champion our company culture and vision through daily interactions and strategic HR initiatives, Coordinate with our recruitment agency and lead onboarding processes for high-performing, culturally aligned teams, Implement structured performance evaluations, feedback loops, and career development paths, Develop and execute employee retention strategies, including compensation and recognition programs, Maintain full compliance with HR policies and local regulations, updating processes proactively, Own and drive the execution of Trello and KPI trackers across the HR function, Take initiative in researching and introducing tools, trends, and strategies to improve HR operations, Lead and participate in cross-functional collaboration with clarity and accountability, Ensure quality control through regular documentation checks, meeting follow-ups, and performance audits, Communicate with spa teams regularly, understanding staffing needs and addressing weaknesses or gaps. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field Minimum of 7 years of HR experience, including in a managerial or supervisory role Experience in the hospitality, wellness, or spa industry is an advantage Strong command of HR systems, policies, and employment law Excellent communicator and team player Strategic thinker with proven ability to implement HR innovations Proactive, highly organized, and committed to continuous improvement.
