Role Overview:

Fractional Chief Marketing Officer (CMO)

Key Responsibilities:

• Own and lead the digital marketing strategy across paid media, performance marketing, CRM, SEO, and organic growth
• Oversee acquisition and retention strategies with a clear focus on ROI
• Plan, execute, and scale paid campaigns across Meta, Google, YouTube, and affiliate platforms
• Drive D2C revenue and customer lifetime value through performance-focused initiatives
• Lead and mentor a team (internal/external) across paid, organic, and content functions
• Collaborate with product and creative teams to ensure brand consistency and impactful messaging
• Leverage analytics to continuously optimize customer funnel and campaign performance
• Manage and allocate digital marketing budgets effectively across channels
• Stay ahead of trends in skincare, wellness, and medical aesthetics digital space

Key Requirements:

• Minimum

  10 years of experience

  in digital marketing, with proven leadership roles

• Mandatory experience in skincare, wellness, beauty, or medical aesthetics

• Strong background in performance marketing, customer acquisition, and CRM
• Hands-on experience managing paid channels (Meta, Google, YouTube, etc.)
• Deep understanding of D2C funnels, customer segmentation, and retention strategies
• Strategic thinker with strong execution capabilities
• Excellent analytical skills and ROI-driven decision-making
• Ability to work independently in a fractional leadership role
• Team leadership and stakeholder management experience
