Human Resources Manager

We are a fast-growing Salon Booking Platform that enables customers to easily book services at nearby salons at their convenience. Our mission is to provide a seamless experience to customers while helping salons grow their business through technology and innovation.

Job Overview:
We are looking for a passionate and experienced HR Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of HR operations including recruitment, employee engagement, performance management, and compliance. This is a key role that will help shape our company culture as we scale.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end recruitment processes: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding
• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures aligned with company goals and legal requirements
• Drive employee engagement, satisfaction, and retention initiatives
• Manage performance appraisal systems and ensure timely feedback cycles
• Handle employee relations, grievances, and disciplinary procedures professionally
• Maintain HR records, manage payroll inputs, and ensure compliance with labor laws
• Identify training needs and coordinate learning & development programs
• Collaborate with leadership to align HR strategy with business objectives

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• 2–5 years of experience in HR management, preferably in a startup or fast-paced environment
• Strong understanding of labor laws, HR best practices, and modern HR tools
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
• Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work independently
• Experience in tech or service-based industries is a plus

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹17,216.86 - ₹59,269.71 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Pune, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (Preferred)
