Job Description

Boldrocchi is a world-renowned engineering, manufacturing & service firm with over 100 years of experience. We offer a wide-ranging portfolio of integrated solutions to the heavy industry and power generation sectors that includes fans, blowers & compressors, air pollution control & environmental solutions, heat exchangers & coolers, gas turbine systems & noise protection and heavy-duty process dampers, among other equipment. The Company has year-on-year growth of 23% and eyeing 33% growth in current fiscal year 2025-26. To the growth, Company is looking for “result oriented candidates with drive to get things done”.

Responsibilities

1. Recruitment & Staffing

  • Manage workforce planning and hiring for factory roles.
  • Coordinate job postings, interviews, and selection processes.
  • Ensure timely onboarding and orientation of new employees.

2. Employee Relations

  • Act as a point of contact for employee grievances and conflict resolution.
  • Promote a positive work culture and employee engagement.
  • Conduct regular feedback sessions and employee satisfaction surveys.

3. Compliance & Legal

  • Ensure adherence to labor laws, factory regulations, and company policies.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and documentation.
  • Handle audits and inspections related to HR compliance.

4. Training & Development

  • Identify skill gaps and organize training programs.
  • Support career development and succession planning.
  • Maintain training records and evaluate effectiveness.

5. Performance Management

  • Implement and monitor performance appraisal systems.
  • Support managers in setting KPIs and conducting reviews.
  • Address underperformance and facilitate improvement plans.

6. Compensation & Benefits

  • Administer payroll, attendance, and leave management.
  • Manage employee benefits and welfare schemes.
  • Handle salary revisions and incentive programs.

7. Health, Safety & Welfare

  • Collaborate with safety officers to ensure workplace safety.
  • Promote health and wellness initiatives.
  • Support mental health and employee assistance programs.

8. Industrial Relations

  • Liaise with labor unions and manage collective bargaining.
  • Handle disciplinary actions and legal proceedings.
  • Maintain harmonious labor-management relations.

9. HR Strategy & Reporting

  • Align HR initiatives with factory goals and productivity targets.
  • Prepare HR reports and analytics for management review.
  • Contribute to strategic planning and organizational development.


Qualifications


  • Master's degree or relevant experience
  • 12+ years' experience in Human Resources
  • Strong recruiting and demonstrated ability to improve talent acquisition strategies
  • Demonstrated expertise training managers and employees
  • Strong organizational, critical thinking and communications skills
  • Attention to detail and good judgement
