Role: Human Resources Manager

Location: Gurgaon

Working Timing: Monday - Friday; 10 am - 6 pm

Experience: 1+ years in HR or HRBP 

What You’ll Do:

• Talent Acquisition & Onboarding:

  Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, from sourcing to onboarding, ensuring a smooth experience for new hires.

• Performance Management:

  Implement and manage performance appraisal cycles, feedback mechanisms, and employee development initiatives.

• Employee Engagement & Culture:

  Drive initiatives that strengthen team engagement, employee satisfaction, and company culture.

• HR Operations:

  Handle policies, compliance, HR systems, and day-to-day employee relations.

• Strategic Partnering:

  Work closely with leadership to align HR practices with business goals.

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience in HR generalist or HRBP roles.
• Strong understanding of recruitment, performance management, and HR operations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proactive, adaptable, and solution-oriented mindset.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
