About the Role:

Team Builders India is looking for a passionate creative individual who can bring a visual to life. The ideal candidate will have strong creative skills and a portfolio of work which demonstrates their passion for illustrative design and typography. This candidate will have experience in working with numerous different design platforms.

Responsibilities:

• Day-to-day involvement in brainstorming sessions
• Research innovative design ideas
• Create unique and engaging designs
• Design content for social media, internal communications and other marketing collaterals
• Creating proposals for clients, making sure they are in accordance with the clients requirements
• Standardisation of creatives for our brand
• Providing support in terms of creatives and collaterals to the Client Services team
• Follow communication design best practices
• Maintain awareness of current industry and technology standards, social media, competitive landscape and market trends
• Adhere to deadlines and requirements of the Client Services Team.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure consistency of designs across various media outlets
• Create compelling and effective logos, designs, print and digital media
• Maintain awareness of current industry and technology standards, social media, competitive landscape and market trends

Skills Required:

• Adobe Photoshop
• CorelDRAW
• Adobe Illustrator
• Experience with Motion Graphics, Animation (Gifs, 2D/3D).

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field
• 0-1 years of experience in graphic design
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite
• Strong communication, conceptual thinking, typography skills and design skills
• Portfolio of work

Other Requirements:

• Must be self motivated, detail-oriented and tech-savvy
• Highly energetic and resourceful
• Ability to multitask

We work 5 days a week.

Timings: 10 am to 6pm
