We aspire to become the best in what we do, and in order for that to be showcased to the world, we require a Graphic Designer, who would help visualise our ambitions and goals for our Brand. About the Role: Team Builders India is looking for a passionate creative individual who can bring a visual to life. The ideal candidate will have strong creative skills and a portfolio of work which demonstrates their passion for illustrative design and typography. This candidate will have experience in working with numerous different design platforms. Responsibilities Day-to-day involvement in brainstorming sessions Research innovative design ideas Create unique and engaging designs Design content for social media, internal communications and other marketing collaterals Creating proposals for clients, making sure they are in accordance with the clients requirements Standardisation of creatives for our brand Providing support in terms of creatives and collaterals to the Client Services team Follow communication design best practices Maintain awareness of current industry and technology standards, social media, competitive landscape and market trends Adhere to deadlines and requirements of the Client Services Team. Collaborate with the team to ensure consistency of designs across various media outlets Create compelling and effective logos, designs, print and digital media Maintain awareness of current industry and technology standards, social media, competitive landscape and market trends Skills Required Adobe Photoshop CorelDRAW Adobe Illustrator Experience with Motion Graphics, Animation (Gifs, 2D/3D). Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field 0-1 years of experience in graphic design Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite Strong communication, conceptual thinking, typography skills and design skills Portfolio of work Other Requirements: Must be self motivated, detail-oriented and tech-savvy Highly energetic and resourceful Ability to multitask We work 5 days a week.
