What You’ll Do

As our HR Manager, you’ll be the bridge between leadership and teams — ensuring that culture, performance, and people development align with business goals.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Leading end-to-end HR operations for our 100+ member team in Jaipur.
• Managing recruitment (internal + leadership roles) with a data-driven approach.
• Designing and implementing HR policies, appraisal systems, and retention strategies.
• Supervising attendance, payroll coordination, and compliance documentation.
• Conducting performance reviews, one-on-one check-ins, and training initiatives.
• Supporting team motivation through recognition, events, and feedback systems.
• Managing disciplinary processes, conflict resolution, and grievance handling.
• Acting as an HR business partner for department heads to ensure team stability.

Who You Are

experience, energy, and emotional intelligence

You should have:

• 5–6 years of proven HR experience (preferably in fast-growing startups or service-based industries).
• Strong understanding of end-to-end HR processes, recruitment, and labour laws.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.
• Ability to handle high-growth environments and build strong people processes.
• Experience in using HRMS, payroll, and ATS systems (knowledge of SaaS HR tools is a plus).
• A people-first mindset with the confidence to take independent ownership.
