Position Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented HR professional who can handle complete HR operations, from recruitment to employee engagement. The ideal candidate will play a key role in building a strong organizational culture and ensuring smooth HR functioning.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment – sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.

• Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and best practices.

• Handle employee records, payroll coordination, and attendance management.

• Conduct performance appraisals and support team development.

• Plan and execute employee engagement and retention activities.

• Ensure legal and regulatory compliance with labor laws and company standards.

• Work closely with management to align HR strategies with business objectives.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR / Business Administration or related field.

• 3–4 years of experience in HR operations or recruitment.

• Strong knowledge of HR policies, statutory compliance, and performance systems.

• Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.

• Proficiency in MS Office and HR management tools.

Preferred:

• Experience in a Data Analytics / IT / Pharmaceutical organization.

• Ability to work independently and multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Compensation:

Salary: 30,000 to 40,000/- Monthly (based on experience and skills)
