About Us:

About the Internship:

We’re looking for ambitious sales interns who can understand our product, process, and value inside out. You’ll be involved in the full sales cycle — from lead generation and follow-ups to demos and final conversions, while gaining hands-on exposure to B2B sales, client engagement, and market intelligence across India.

Eligibility:

• MBA (Marketing / Pharma Management) preferred.
• B.Com / M.Com or any other relevant degree with strong communication and analytical skills are welcome.
• Genuine interest in the pharma, healthcare, or data analytics industries.
• Excellent presentation, research, coordination, and follow-up skills.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Understand the product, process, and value proposition thoroughly.
• Generate and qualify leads through research, outreach, and networking.
• Conduct follow-ups with potential clients and maintain strong engagement.
• Deliver product demos and presentations to explain platform benefits.
• Work towards final conversions and support the sales team in achieving targets.
• Provide market insights and client feedback to improve sales strategy.
• Maintain accurate records in CRM systems and sales reports.
• Travel across India for meetings, demos, and business development activities when required.

Full-Time Role (Post-Internship):

• Position:

  Sales Executive / Business Development (based on performance)

• Salary:

  Starting from ₹50,000 (in-hand) + Performance-Based Incentives

• Joining:

  Immediate, upon successful completion of internship
