Role Summary: Human Resources Intern

HR Intern

Key Responsibilities (3-Month Focus)
  1. Recruitment & Sourcing:

  • Assist in drafting and posting compelling job descriptions for various technical and non-technical internship roles across the ecosystem.
  • Manage the application tracking system, conduct initial resume screening, and coordinate interview schedules.
  1. Onboarding & Offboarding:

  • Prepare and manage all official documentation (Joining Letters, Termination Notices) for new interns, ensuring a smooth and policy-compliant onboarding process.
  • Oversee the efficient offboarding process, including timely certificate issuance and data archival.
  1. Performance Management & Reporting:

  • Crucial Focus:

    Accurately track and maintain weekly and final performance rating data (e.g., the 2.8/5.0, 3.4/5.0 scores) for

    all

    personnel, ensuring adherence to the strict stipend eligibility guidelines.
  • Assist in generating internal HR reports related to performance metrics, retention, and review adherence.
  1. Policy Compliance & Confidentiality:

  • Manage and update the central talent database, strictly upholding the

    confidentiality

    of all proprietary data, performance scores, and internal communications.
  • Ensure all HR processes align with TIC's internal policies and legal guidelines.

    of sensitive employee and performance data.
  • Organization:

    Exceptional attention to detail and proficiency in managing multiple schedules, spreadsheets, and databases simultaneously.
  • Communication:

    Excellent professional communication (written and verbal) suitable for drafting official correspondence (e.g., joining letters, performance emails).
  • Technical:

    Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite or Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Forms).
  • Mindset:

    A strong interest in HR policy, performance management, and supporting a demanding, high-growth startup environment.
