Onboarding & Offboarding: Prepare and manage all official documentation (Joining Letters, Termination Notices) for new interns, ensuring a smooth and policy-compliant onboarding process. Performance Management & Reporting: Crucial Focus: Accurately track and maintain weekly and final performance rating data (e.g., the 2.8/5.0, 3.4/5.0 scores) for all personnel, ensuring adherence to the strict stipend eligibility guidelines.
