What you’ll do

Talent & Hiring Support

• Dive into the world of recruitment - help find the next creative storyteller, media wizard, or PR star.
• Support with screening, shortlisting, and scheduling interviews.
• Keep our recruitment trackers sharp, updated, and on point.
• Learn how to craft engaging job descriptions that reflect our culture and energy.

Onboarding & First Impressions

• Help new joiners experience the warmest welcome possible.
• Support in organizing induction sessions, welcome emails, and employee kits.
• Be part of the team that turns first days into “Wow!” moments.

Culture & Engagement

• Bring your creativity to team events, engagement ideas, and celebrations.
• Help us strengthen our sense of belonging and values - from small gestures to big moments.
• Work on feedback loops and help capture what makes our culture thrive.

Operations & HR Groundwork

• Manage and organize HR data, documentation, and trackers.
• Support day-to-day coordination and internal communication.
• Assist with reports, follow-ups, and HR systems - the engine that keeps things running.

What We Expect from You:

• Someone curious, proactive, and genuinely passionate about people.
• Strong communication and coordination skills - you’ll be connecting dots and people.
• A natural multitasker who thrives in a creative, fast-paced setup.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and ready to get hands-on with groundwork.
• Comfortable with Excel/Google Sheets, documentation, and a bit of organized chaos.
• Students or recent postgraduates/graduates in HR, Psychology, Business, or related fields.
• Available full-time for at least 3-6 months.
• Ready to learn, contribute, and grow in a collaborative setup.
