Position Title - Account Director Location - Gurgaon (On Site) Experience - A Public Relations expert with 9 years of agency experience serving enterprise technology clients Core Responsibilities: Provide strategic oversight and direction for clients’ marketing and advertising campaigns, while delegating day-to-day execution to the Account Executive (AE). Lead with a proactive and motivational approach that drives team performance and fosters a culture of excellence. Maintain regular, senior-level communication with clients, serving as a trusted advisor and strategic partner. Coordinate, organize, and act on client feedback to continuously enhance service delivery. Actively contribute to new business development efforts and support the growth of the practice. Review AE-generated reports to extract insights, define next steps, and summarize key learnings for internal and client teams. Present fresh, innovative campaign ideas that align with client goals and market trends. Ensure timely, on-budget delivery of projects aligned with client expectations and strategic intent. Use your expertise to guide clients, teams, and the agency toward forward-thinking, results-oriented solutions. Key Competencies: Proven experience in professional client relationship management and brand building at a senior level. Strong background in digital advertising and integrated marketing communications. Strategic planning capabilities, with an ability to turn insights into actionable plans. Persuasive communication skills—both written and verbal—paired with confident presentation abilities. Strong leadership and team management skills with a collaborative, solutions-driven mindset. High attention to detail and strong budget management acumen. In-depth understanding of creative processes and digital platforms. Awareness of evolving industry trends, with a readiness to apply insights to client work. Ability to work with authority and composure in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. Leadership in Action: Align internal teams and client stakeholders to shared goals through clear measurement plans and focused execution. Represent the agency with clarity and confidence in all formats—written briefs, presentations, workshops, and informal discussions. Identify new opportunities for growth through an entrepreneurial mindset and deep understanding of client businesses. Collaborate with project management to ensure profitability and operational excellence. Inspire teams by modeling a positive attitude and a commitment to problem-solving. Additional Qualifications Experience in leading cross-functional teams—including client servicing, project management, and creative functions to deliver high-quality multimedia content, from capture to post-production. Proficient in basic project scoping and financial management, including defining deliverables and interpreting burn reports. Strong command of PowerPoint, with the ability to effectively pitch creative concepts, channel strategies, and performance results. Foundation in client servicing, with a focus on building trusted relationships and ensuring consistent delivery excellence.
