Job Summary:

Director – Public Relations


Key Responsibilities:


New Business Development:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the client base.
  • Lead proposal development, pitch presentations, and negotiations with prospective clients.
  • Develop and execute growth strategies aligned with company goals.


Client Relationship Management:

  • Serve as the senior point of contact for key clients.
  • Build and nurture strong, long-term client relationships.
  • Provide strategic counsel to clients on public relations, media outreach, and brand positioning.


Strategic Leadership:

  • Develop and oversee integrated PR campaigns across sectors.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent, high-quality service delivery.
  • Monitor industry trends and provide insights to shape client strategies and internal planning.


Qualifications:

  • 10-15+ years of experience in public relations, corporate communications, or a related field, preferably in an agency or consultancy environment.
  • Demonstrated track record in winning new business and growing key accounts.
  • Strong media relationships and understanding of the PR/media ecosystem.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and clients in a fast-paced environment.
