About the Role-

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Intern to support our Human Resources team in day-to-day operations. The ideal candidate should be eager to learn, organized, and ready to assist in various HR functions including recruitment, documentation, employee engagement, and administrative coordination. This internship offers a great opportunity to gain hands-on HR experience in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities-

• Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
• Support employee engagement initiatives and internal communication activities.
• Maintain and update HRIS/MIS reports and other HR data trackers.
• Help with documentation, employee record maintenance, and joining formalities.
• Coordinate and assist in employee development (ED) programs and HR events.
• Provide support in administrative and office coordination tasks as needed.
• Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth HR operations.

Required Skills & Qualifications-

• Any Graduate or Postgraduate (Regular degree); MBA in HR preferred.
• Basic sound knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Google Sheets.
• Familiarity with tools like Canva and ChatGPT for HR communication and content creation.
• Strong communication, organization, and multitasking abilities.
• A positive attitude and willingness to learn in a team-oriented environment.
