Job Description

The Human Resources Intern will assist the HR department in managing day-to-day HR functions including recruitment, employee engagement, documentation, onboarding, and HR coordination activities. This role provides hands-on exposure to HR operations, allowing the intern to gain practical experience in managing workforce and organizational processes.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in sourcing, screening, and scheduling interviews for various roles.
  • Maintain and update employee records, attendance sheets, and HR databases.
  • Support onboarding and exit formalities for new and departing employees.
  • Assist in drafting offer letters, appointment letters, and HR communications.
  • Help coordinate employee engagement activities and internal events.
  • Maintain confidentiality of all HR-related information and employee data.
  • Support in performance tracking and appraisal documentation.
  • Prepare HR reports and assist with payroll and compliance coordination if required.
  • Handle basic queries from employees and redirect them to relevant HR personnel.


Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree (in progress or completed) in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Sheets).
  • Eagerness to learn and contribute in a fast-paced environment.
  • Attention to detail and professionalism in all tasks.
