Role Overview

HR Intern (3 Months for now bu with possibilities of extention)

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in end-to-end

  recruitment processes

  , including sourcing, screening, scheduling, and coordination.
• Support

  employee onboarding

  and documentation.
• Participate in

  employee engagement initiatives

  and internal communication activities.
• Maintain and update HR databases, records, and reports.
• Assist in drafting and updating

  HR policies, forms, and templates

• Collaborate with the HR team on process improvement and automation ideas.

Who We’re Looking For

• MBA (HR)

  – final-year student or recent graduate.
• Excellent

  communication and interpersonal skills

  .
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive.
• Passionate about people, culture, and creating positive workplace experiences.
• Comfortable working in a

  fast-paced, dynamic environment

• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); knowledge of HR tools or ATS is a plus.
