Position Profile


Weaver India, LLP is looking for an HR Generalist to join our growing operations team! The HR Generalist will be responsible for managing a wide range of HR functions, including employee onboarding and documentation, HR systems and data management, payroll coordination, employee relations, benefits administration, compliance, and exit formalities. This role will also support recruitment, performance management, employee engagement, and policy implementation. As an HR Generalist, you will collaborate closely with employees and leadership across all levels, ensuring smooth HR operations and fostering a positive workplace culture.

Responsibilities


  • Hiring & Onboarding:

    Help recruit new employees, arrange interviews, and make sure new hires have a smooth joining experience.
  • Employee Support:

    Answer employee questions about policies, leave, payroll, or benefits.
  • Payroll & Benefits:

    Collect and share details needed for salary processing and manage employee benefits like insurance.
  • Records & Systems:

    Keep employee data and records updated in HR systems.
  • Policies & Compliance:

    Ensure company policies are followed and legal requirements are met.
  • Employee Engagement:

    Organize activities and programs to keep employees motivated and connected.
  • Exit Process:

    Manage resignations, clearances, and exit interviews for employees leaving the company.

Education and Skills


  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s degree preferred).


  • 10–12 years of HR generalist or HR operations experience.


  • Strong knowledge of labor laws, HR practices, and statutory compliance.


  • Proficiency in MS Office and HRIS tools (e.g., UKG, SAP, Oracle, etc.).


  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.


  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work independently.
