Human Resources Generalist

You will play a key role as an HR Generalist at Envertiz Consultancy, managing daily HR operations, recruitment efforts, maintaining HR records, and ensuring a positive workplace. Your responsibilities will include implementing HR policies, managing recruitment activities, supporting training initiatives, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and internal standards. Additionally, you will be involved in employee engagement programs, preparing HR-related documentation, and managing communication. Key Responsibilities: - Implement and maintain HR policies and procedures in alignment with organizational goals. - Maintain and update employee records and HR databases accurately. - Manage end-to-end recruitment activities including sourcing, screening, onboarding, and exit formalities. - Support employee training and development initiatives. - Address employee queries and provide timely HR-related assistance. - Assist in performance management and employee evaluation processes. - Ensure compliance with applicable labor laws and internal standards. - Coordinate employee engagement, recognition, and welfare programs. - Prepare and manage HR-related documentation, reports, and communications. Qualifications & Skills: - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Personnel Management, or a related field. - 3 years of experience in a Human Resources department. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Strong organizational, multitasking, and time-management abilities. - Proficiency in MS Office and HR software tools. - Basic understanding of labor laws and HR compliance. - HR certification is a plus.
